I've run across a nice stats published by Smashing Magazine that I'd like to share: Web Form Design Patterns: Sign-Up Forms. Pragmasoft is now working on UI/UX design project and we find these article very useful! There's also a follow up article: Web Form Design Patterns: Sign-Up Forms, Part 2.
